The orders report is readily available for our customers and fulfilment team which can be extracted in excel format, helping them slice and dice the data as per business requirements. We have featured a graphical representation of certain key metrics on our portal, such as, received orders, pending orders, closed orders and Insufficient orders. These metrics heavily contribute to analysing the market trends and adopt a proactive approach towards altering our processes that best suits the client.
As per the predefined TAT (Turn Around Time), the system has the capability of inserting the expected closure date for an order. Besides, it also picks up a status on whether an order is within TAT or Out of TAT. The system automatically prioritises the cases under the Out of TAT bucket. We assure our diligence in completing the cases well within the committed TAT. We also allow our clients to witness the live updates from our field teams, eliminating their dependency on our support teams for inputs.
